La ferme de 5 acres appartient à la famille d'Aum Wangmo depuis environ 200 ans, depuis l'époque de son arrière-arrière-grand-père. Bien entretenue, la ferme a été réparée, agrandie et rénovée pour abriter deux toilettes/salles de bains modernes et cinq chambres pour accueillir confortablement 10 touristes.
