Clearly Hidden Acres Cottage and Farm

Clearly Hidden Acres is a six-acre homestead located right in the middle of a quiet residential area in Valley View. The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. Please be aware that the natural swimming pond-pool is within the fence boundaries of the cottage. Children must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. There is a back entrance. Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am

The Retreat on the River @ Ramsey Landing w/ dock

The ROTR is a 4,700 square foot tri-level cabin on 2.72 acres located directly on the Little Red River in Pangburn, Arkansas. The cabin has a rustic design and is the perfect space for your family reunion or event. There is a multipurpose barn available on site for an additional charge for larger events. You can comfortably sleep 17, while enjoying the dock on the river, or just sitting on the deck watching the river flow. This is the most unique property on the Little Red!

Cozy Country Cottage

This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well. Duck Shack

This house is located in the heart of waterfowl heaven. Multiple public hunting areas with in a hours drive. Bring your friends and family for a week full of making memories that will last a lifetime. There are 10 beds available. One not shown in pictures. We are pet friendly! What’s a hunt if you can’t bring your best friend? You know you are in a small slice of heaven with a gun store/restaurant/ grocery store is within walking distance.

Our cottage style home sits on a private 10 acre mountain top next to the foushee wildlife management and has a wonderful mountain view of Locust Grove, Batesville, Southside, and Newark. We are located 11.7 miles from Batesville and the beautiful White river! Just minutes from the Batesville Motor Speedway and just a short Drive to Heber springs and Mountain View.
