Nedre plan har stort vardagsrum, kök, badrum dusch och tvättstuga. 10 minuters gångavstånd till badstrand, utegym och Trångsunds naturreservat. Gångavstånd till buss, 10 min Farsta Centrum och pendeltåg 19 min till stockholm city.

Near Stockholm: 35 min boat, 15 min bus

Family friendly, quiet and spacious row house with backyard close to the sea, nature reservation and shopping. It is located just south of Stockholm with 15 minutes bus ride to Slussen and 40 minutes boat ride from Nacka Strand Brygga to Nybrokajen. You can take the boat from Nacka Strand to the Stockholm Archipelago. On the entrance floor you find the kitchen, one bathroom and living room. On the 2nd floor you find a second bathroom and 3 bedrooms with double beds (1: 180*200 and 2: 140*200)).

Neighbour with the greatest forest in Stockholm!

Our beautiful little house is perfect if you want both the Swedish nature and Stockholm city. From the backdoor you can step right into the forest with your own private Patio. You fins nice viewpoints and some really beautiful lakes on a walking distance. The bus takes you to Stockholm/Slussen in just above 20 minutes. We live next door and would love to introduce you to the area and give you tips and recommendations. We love hiking, culture, food and fika and know lot of great spots.

Welcome to explore beautiful Stockholm from my family friendly lakeside house just 15 min train ride to the city. The house is located on a calm street in Farsta surrounded by beautiful nature and 10 min walk to a local shopping centre with all service you need. The house is equipped with a big and modern kitchen connecting a private garden with a patio and large lounge couch where you can enjoy lazy days. Free parking, washing machine and nice neighbors available.

Mitt bland skog, sjöar, hav och stad

Välkommen till detta fina parhus idylliskt beläget i ett Bullerby likt område med naturen som närmsta granne. Huset är perfekt för en familj som vill utforska både Stockholm och den fina naturen runt omkring. Trädgården går direkt över till skogen och naturreservatet. Flera sjöar med fina badplatser (både med bryggor, sandstrand och klippor) på gångavstånd. Det tar bara 20 min med buss till stan (Slussen). Havet ligger även nära. Sörmlandsleden går nästan förbi huset.

Quiet neighborhood with many families living in the area. Fully equipped kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. Two bedrooms with one beutiful master bedroom. Beautiful living room with fire place. One porch at both sides of the house with furniture and a green garden at the back. 15 min by metro to Stockholm central but still you have a huge national park outside the backdoor with beautiful nature and a lot of lakes where you can swim. A Restaurant with in 2 min walk.

Det finns gratis parkering i området och några minuters promenad till bussar som går till Gullmarsplan, T-centralen och Handenterminalen. I huset finns 3 sovrum. Det finns en toalett på nedre plan och även ett badrum med dusch, badkar och bastu på övre plan. I trädgården finns det loungegrupper, matbord, solstolar och grill.

Här får du tillgång till ett familjevänligt hus inklusive trädgård endast 15 minuter från stan. Med tunnelbana, utomhuspool och simhall på 5 minuters gångavstånd. Cykelavstånd till sjöbad. Huset är smakfullt renoverat och har fyra sovrum, vardagsrum med öppen spis, kök med diskmaskin, badrum samt en WC. Huset har en loungeveranda med kvällssol, grill och matplats. Leksaker och gunga finns för de små.

Huset har genomgående ljusa färger och modern inredning, marmorbänkar i kök och ljusa trägolv i hela huset. Ett modernt boende nära hav och strand och 20 min med bil till Stockholm city. Parkering med laddning finns vid huset.
