If you choose to stay in, we have 9 acres of beautiful unspoiled land to explore. Spend evenings in our barn Billiard Room with TV’s and Poker/Game Table.

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Calling all Wizards and Witches! Leaky Creek Wizard Cottage is now open for business. This abandoned Wizard hangout is nestled in the woods with a creek steps away from the backyard. Inside you’ll find cozy nooks, spell books and a fireplace to rewatch your favorite movies on the big screen. Each room includes unique magical touches that have been gathered from all over the world. This is more than just a stay, it’s an immersive experience where the magic is real and the coffee brews itself ⚡️

Spivey Falls Cabin, A Cabin by a Waterfall

A secluded cabin with access to two private, large waterfalls in the Mountains of Tennessee. Nestled on a cliff, the beautiful nature offer precipitous trails to a swimming area beneath a waterfall. The family home overlooks a 75 foot cascading waterfall. Garden trails follow along the creek and incline. Interior cabin exhibits variety of cultural nostalgia from the local family's home and tradition. We hope you come away with peace, tranquility of God's nature and restorative living water .

Elm Street Getaway

Welcome to our lovely centrally-located and spacious home. 2 bedroom, one has a queen and the other has 2 twin beds. 3 TVs and wifi for streaming. Complete with full kitchen, spacious living room that includes a desk. Spacious laundry room and a bathroom that includes a handicap shower. We have a lovely back deck that includes a gas grill and furniture for dining. Front porch for morning coffee and beautiful mountain views. 20 minute drive to Johnson City and 1 minute to Erwin.

Less than 2 miles from Hatley Pointe Ski Resort! All the whimsy and excitement of a mountain treehouse with the comfort of a modern home. Come support local tourism! We have recovered from the flood! You can sit on the front porch, relax, the view is amazing,& hear the stream. Stream has a sitting area, private roads are great to walk, take kids/pups.Great for kids/pups of all ages with parental supervision. Burnsville has a Brewery with live music ,Unicoi beautyspot & AT lookout is 22 miles, Mayland planetarium& observatory(get tickets in advance)! This area has so much to explore!
