The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

If the authentic Lancaster County experience is what you're looking for than this is the perfect place for you! This in-law quarters is set back a long driveway on a working farm with views for days. From your kitchen & living room window you'll have a gorgeous view of farmland from 5 different farms. Shady Lane Greenhouse is just beside the apartment so come for your spring flowers and spend a few nights on this beautiful farm. Located in New Holland, PA so you'll be close to local attractions.

The apartment is located on the property of the historic Witmer Estate. This 2nd floor apartment (above garage) offers a Smart TV, WIFI, King bed, an suite bath, a spacious living room and kitchen, a small desk area if you plan to work during your stay. The home is located near Amish attractions, Intercourse, Bird in Hand, Strasburg all within a few minutes drive. 20 minutes to Downtown Lancaster. Shopping and the outlets also within 10 minutes drive. Outdoor patio area w picnic table & lights.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. Buggies drive by regularly and you are likely to see the Amish farmers working in the fields that surround the property. The small town of Intercourse, with its charming shops and attractions, is a ten-minute walk away. The world-famous Sight and Sound Theater, along with a host of other attractions and delicious restaurants are all within a fifteen-minute drive.

This one floor living layout, is ideal for anyone traveling through for an over night stay or need a quaint, quiet space for several months. The fire pit, open backyard, and large family room make it very comfortable for a stay-in relaxing evening. We are located less than 12 miles from several popular destinations such as Sight and Sound, Dutch Wonderland, Fulton Opera House, Downtown Lancaster, Tanger Outlets, Spooky Nook, the town of Lititz, the town of Intercourse, etc.

Walk or ride your bike 1 block and your on the beautiful scenic RAIL-TRAIL with easy access to Ephrata, Akron and Lititz! FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!

Featuring a daylight basement apartment where you may watch sheep and cows graze from the kitchen windows as well as spectacular farmland sunsets. This apartment is in its glory in the spring and summer and fall with lots of interest - the orchard, garden and chive fields are open to explore at your leisure. Plenty to do and see nearby! Located within 15 minutes of downtown Lancaster City amidst the Amish farming community. Our family would love to host you!

The Coachman's Suite is located in the heart of the Village of Intercourse, Lancaster County. It's right across the street from Kitchen Kettle Village , a famous Lancaster County attraction with various shops & eateries. It's also a short 5 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, another famous Lancaster County attraction. A short walk, bicycle ride or drive takes you into the surrounding scenic Amish farmland of Lancaster County.
