Rest and relax with Rosie (mini horse) and her mini friends (including 2 miniature Highland cows) in our cozy cabin on our 20-acre horse ranch. Wi-Fi, 2 smart TV's, washer/dryer, queen bed, twin bed and XL bean bag that folds out into a king floor bed are all provided. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Use the gas grill on the covered front porch that looks out onto Rosie's pasture. Bring your fishing poles to catch some fish in the pond.

The third level is the entry door to the family room with 2 full sized sleeper couches, TV & Blueray. Also a full sized kitchen, half bath, wrap around deck with more outdoor seating and outdoor shower and hot tub.

The property is located on a back country road and has an attached apartment that is also listed on Airbnb. There is ample concrete parking that can accommodate a horse trailer and a travel trailer. There is a queen bed and 2 nice futons upstairs. There are two space space heaters, extra blankets, and two acs. The Cottage has everything you need.

The house is on a Blueberry farm, It is quaint and comfortable. Only fifteen miles from the Canton Tx. First Monday Trade Days. Eight mikes away in Edom Tx is Blueberry Hill Farms U-Pick Blueberries and blackberries June & July each summer. Edom is known for the Artist in our town that craft their art in their stores. quaint tiny home sits on a quite spot overlooking a pasture of horses and donkeys. Antique shopping is near by, or once a month enjoy the famous First Monday Trade Days in near by Canton. There is fine dining and shopping in Tyler, or you can visit Tyler State Park for hiking, swimming, or boat rentals. There are lots to do and see, you can even schedule a hog hunting trip with advanced notice.

Darcies Country Living

Darcies country living is a comfortable private unit behind our main house that well lit and offers all of the amenities of home. We offer free wifi, netflix, and directv... (Netflix only in the bedroom) with a backup generator to ensure you will never be without. Our kitchen is stocked with water, coffee, creamer and snacks (crackers and chips) including some condiments.

Lakefront Guesthouse

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This house is located about 80 minutes east of downtown Dallas and 20 miles from Canton. Canton First Monday Trade Days are held on one weekend per month, on Thursday through Sunday prior to the first Monday of the month, year-round. Come enjoy a relaxing stay at our guesthouse and enjoy fishing at our private lake.
