The Inn- Newly Renovated Designer Furnished

Newly renovated home features all of the modern amenities families enjoy. A large island for entertaining, a dining table seating 8, large living room, a bright sunroom with plenty of seating, as well as a sun porch with a bistro table & chairs, outdoor seating, & 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs each has a queen size bed. The home is a minute's walk from our popular home decor boutique, Gray Apple Market. A 10 minute drive to downtown York & other popular destinations such as the York Fairgrounds.

The Hen House

This 26 foot long tiny home has all you need for a cozy trip away whether it be for business or pleasure. There is a full kitchen with a gas range, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The fridge will be stocked with a half dozen of our very own eggs! There is a smart tv located in the living area with a small dining table as well. The loft hosts a queen size bed perfect for two. The bathroom has a full-sized shower and tub. There is air conditioning and heat via a mini-split.

Weekend Away Studio

Located a block from Continental Square, this historical building is cute and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend downtown, the unit offers city views from a corner room with lots of natural light. This studio apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. Kitchen wares, linens, pillows and bath towels are provided. Please read all details before booking. This quaint country cottage is nestled in the Redwoods on our Dillsburg property away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. Relaxing, quiet, not visible from the road but close to: ~ Round Top Mountain Resort ~Paulus Mt Airy Orchards ~Yellow Breeches Creek ~Messiah University. (all within 3 miles) We are central to Gettysburg and Hershey (30 miles), Harrisburg,Carlisle, Boiling Springs, Allen Berry Play house, the Appalachian Trail, and LeTort Spring Run! (all within15 miles)

Welcome to the “Jo Anna”

This unique place has a style all its own. Our second floor apartment is ideal for two comfortably. Perfectly located for work or leisure, and just steps away from the Appell Center, Revs Stadium, York Rail Trail, restaurants, historic sites, and art galleries. The York Fairgrounds and Graham Center are a 10 minute drive away. We welcome guests for short or extended stays. Need more space, or have a larger group? Fully renovate home offering full kitchen, bath, laundry and 2 bedrooms to retreat to. The main floor boasts an open floor plan offering a dining space, plenty of room in the kitchen for prepping, laundry tucked away in the back room and a 50" tv viewable from the living room through to the kitchen. Stay a couple nights or for as long as you wish. You will be sure to enjoy the convenience and comfort of 'Away to Atlantic'.

Work, play, or relax in this centrally located 1860's Federal-style townhouse atop a nostalgic pen shop. Located within the Market District, this private 5 room apartment filled with 18th century simplistic charm has all new modern conveniences contrasting with stucco walls, beamed ceilings and random-width plank floors. Local art, York ephemera, maps and photography throughout the space.

Conewago Cabin #2 (No Cleaning Fee!)

All are welcome in our cozy Cabin #2 along the Conewago Creek. Creek is just a step away and is great for splashing around in the summer to cool off. No Smoking. Fully equipped kitchen & Washer and Dryer. Single Car Garage. Private Fire pit and charcoal grill. Pets are welcome. All pets must be disclosed prior to check in. We have a $20 pet fee. Two pets maximum please.
