Our unit is lovely and spacious, approx. 70m2, private with a brand new kitchenette! A 5 min drive to the CBD and 15 mins to Mount Maunganui. A 2 mins walk to Daisy Hardwick cycle and walkway, and in our view a very central spot with private off street parking. It has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and fold out couch in the lounge. Great for up to 2 couples or a group/family of 4. The kitchen has a fridge, hot plate, electric grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric frypan.

Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

Country Bliss couples oasis, Private garden & fire

Situated in early Pyes Pa, near Tauriko, a peaceful rural setting 3km from town. Easy access, private and spacious studio set up with all of the modern amenities for a couples relaxing get away. Private tropical courtyard with chiminea, sunset deck. Plenty of safe parking for trailers, bikes, boats, campervans outside studio. One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 3 min to surf beach and boardwalk, 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Smart TV, large modern bathroom and super comfy bed. Please note that the kitchenette includes airfryer / microwave / toaster. There is a friendly miniature cavoodle on the property who may come for a pat. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house

Relax in our carefully curated Poolside Retreat. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

Come and enjoy the idyllic lifestyle that is Mount Maunganui. The Shaka Shack is a private studio and has all the latest mod cons. It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Riverside Retreat

Relax at this fully self contained seperate studio located in a private setting. Perfect location for travellers to use as a base, or people working on assignment in Tauranga…Located 5mins from ‘The Crossing’ shopping centre, and with easy access to Downtown Tauranga, The Mount, and over the Kaimais to Hobbiton, Hamilton and Rotorua. The kitchenette includes an electric frypan microwave and portable hot plate.
