It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Nice and clean guest apartment with sectional sofa sleeper has a memory foam mattress, queen bed, 50" ultra smart TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi, coffeemaker. Completely separate entrance through dedicated front door and completely separate living space. Full furnished kitchen and full bathroom. Good location on quiet dead-end street. Close to Downtown Denver, Edgewater, Sloan's Lake, The Highlands, shopping, food,  restaurants, Red Rocks, Rocky Mountains.

There is a common entrance for both floors. This basement apartment is completely private to guests (The upstairs is inhabited by full time tenants) and is fully furnished and ready for you to unwind. Nestled midway between Denver and Boulder, 5 minutes from Flatirons mall. Perfect if you are looking for quiet retreat from Denver, Boulder, or the mountains Very 420 friendly :)
