We're in the heart of Sandy 4 minutes to the Sandy Expo, restaurants, shopping & theaters. Guests have private access to the pool, playhouse, BBQ, patio, gazebo & garden. 30 minutes to ski resorts Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude. 45 min to Park City & Sundance. Hiking trails are just 20 minutes up Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.
