This 1970 Bluebird Schoolbus has been converted into a comfortable and whimsical living space. The rear connects to a new addition with a bathroom, livingroom, and sleeping loft for one adult or two kids. It is on one fenced acre in the hill country and has its own private driveway. The patio has nice cozy chairs and your choice of a propane or charcoal grill. Come relax at our stylish, unique Tree Loft. We converted an 800+ square ft. photography study into a trendy flat. The living room ceiling peaks at 20 feet. Suspended above the living room is the bedroom with a view of the tree tops. The bathroom is just below the bedroom at the bottom of the stairs. Generous windows bring the outside in. Step out on to the screen porch for your morning coffee or into the small totally fenced private backyard.
