This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Recently renovated and charming garage apartment located in Country Club Cottage. Easy access to activities such as the hike/bike trail, golfing, a walk through the tree shaded neighborhood, shopping, MSU and the downtown district. Or if you are needing a little R&R kick back and enjoy the flat screen TV to watch YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+ and more. Great for a quick business trip, weekend get away, a place to stay when visiting your college student or the HHH Bike Ride.

Escape to our peaceful cottage nestled among shady oaks, where you can enjoy a slower pace of life. Located a short drive from Jacksboro, it offers solitude with easy access to essentials. Bring your own fishing poles and spend your afternoon fishing at our private pond (water levels will vary based on the rainfall in the area). At night gather around the fire pit for stories and stargazing. Ideal for those seeking fresh air and comfort, our cottage combines a cozy interior with country living.

Rustic Ranch

This unique apartment was built in 1925 and is located behind the main house that was built for a Kell sister, which is a well known name in Wichita. You will have to go up stairs to get to the unit. The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. Bathroom has a tub/ shower and is set up for all your needs. This Rustic Ranch is in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown, Sheppard Air Force.

Cozy Guest House

Welcome to a cozy guesthouse behind my home that is just a few miles from I-44, Sheppard AFB, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

B4 Hideaway is a cozy house nestled in a quiet cove on Lake Bridgeport, TX. The party deck, large dock with swim platform, outdoor cooking area, and fire pit makes this the perfect place to entertain or just get away. There were no details missed on this new build. The spacious 2 bedrooms below and a large loft upstairs makes for plenty of space to enjoy. With kayaks and a pedal boat on site, there is lots of fun to have out on the water.
