Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with private kitchen, shower room and living room. The bedroom & living room are freshly decorated. Guests have their own entrance to the annex which is adjoining to the main house but separated by two doors. Feel free to use the garden and bar-be-que and to sit wherever you like. We have a friendly dog who will wonder around but keep away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy

The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

The Barn@Moat Farm is a delightful converted two bedroom barn, a short car ride from the historic town of Stratford upon Avon and The Cotswolds. The barn sits in the grounds surrounding Moat Farm, a historic Grade 2* listed, 16th Century moated farmhouse. The Barn@MoatFarm boasts luxurious White Company bedding and fluffy towels, good quality beds, a cosy sitting room and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.
