The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. We are locatedn the Three Peaks route and close to the Pennine Way/Dales way. The property is surrounded by the finest walking and mountain bike trails in England. Lynn's Place

Lynn's place is close to public transport and amenities. You will have a double room with double bed and a single bed so ideal for solo travellers, couples or friends sharing a space. This is quiet house to stay in with sitting area, tea and coffee provided, guests only Shower room and choice for breakfast of self service cereals or toast etc. I am a Medical Herbalist I live with my partner Mark and Dog Honey we leave guests to own devices unless need help then we can be messaged.
