A modern, cosy garden studio on the edge of the Cotswolds, in the heart of the Vale of Evesham. Cheltenham, Worcester & Stratford Upon Avon are just a short drive away, making this is the perfect retreat without paying expensive Cotswold prices. The studio is built to the highest of standards at the bottom of my landscaped garden & includes underfloor heating, new furniture and basic cooking facilities. It also has a private garden area making it the perfect place to relax whatever the season.

Cedar Cottage is a recently renovated self contained cottage adjacent to our home with its own entrance and secure parking on site. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable with high quality stylish furnishings including a king sized bed with Emma mattress. The village has 2 pubs and a village shop and is perfectly situated for easy access to Cheltenham Festivals, Upton-upon-Severn and the Cotswolds. Wonderful walks directly from the cottage. Our family Cottage is my favourite space to chill and relax. Its a cosy grade II listed 17th century cottage, full of original charm and character. We have a quaint country cottage garden which offers an additional peaceful space. Nestled in the beautiful village of Cropthorne, it sits on the edge of the Cotswolds. There are several village pubs to visit and local farm shops to explore and if you want a trip out to our larger towns or cities we are the perfect location for a short trip away.

Byfield House

Byfield House- The farm house to a working farm which sits adjacently. You will probably meet some cows or sheep in the field over the garden fence. Located in the Worcestershire countryside. Cosy home with period features. A large garden which is great for kids to run around and play. Feel free to use climbing frame, goal and trampoline. Large driveway will comfortably fit all your vehicles. Currently building work in the farmyard on weekdays, but every effort is being made to limit noise

Country Barn / Cottage, Worcestershire

Set in the gardens of Tudor Cottage, our 450 year old black and white cottage, is Tudor View a self contained annex. With full kitchen facilities, with its own outside area and a comfortable super king size bed, countryside views & plenty of walks providing a relaxing space with modern facilities. Within 10 minutes from Ragley Hall and 20 mins to visit Shakespeare’s Stratford Upon Avon, Historic Worcester, and Malvern and the Cotswolds nearby. Situated conveniently for the M5, M42 and M40.

Penn Studio@Cropthorne

A ground floor self contained Studio apartment for adult's is one of two apartments here , comprising of kitchenette, with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and hot plate and mini-oven. The bathroom has a shower. The relaxing lounge and bedroom area has a king size bed and sofas around a log burner for colder winter nights. the studio its own entrance shared with the upstairs flat. We have created a homely and inviting space for couples looking to relax, explore or work

The Old Stables at Hyde Farm

Newly refurbished stables, converted to the highest standard, set on the edge of the Cotswolds on beautiful private farmland. Perfect for a romantic, peaceful getaway or as a base for explorers. Complimentary chocolates and chilled prossecco will be waiting for you on arrival. Tea and coffee are also provided. Put your feet up and relax, watch something on one of the two smart / internet connected tv's, go for a walk in the 35 acre grounds, or visit one of the many local attractions.

The Annex at Bredon House

The property is set alone in a large garden, with private access and dedicated parking space, there is also wheelchair access. Defford is ideally located, with easy access to Malvern, Worcester, Cheltenham, Ross on Wye, Upton on Severn and Stratford upon Avon. There are decent local amenities such as Local Farm Shop, Local Pubs, ( with excellent food ) and only 3 miles from Pershore, where there are more shops and amenities. The property is well furnished with modern decor.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Annexe

Set in a small smallholding in a beautiful village location, on the border of the North Cotswolds, a rural and unique retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.
