Centrally located a 10-15 min drive or 25-40 min walk from QA, Ballard, Interbay, SLU, downtown, Fremont and Magnolia. In a safe/quiet neighborhood with easy and free street parking, a few blocks from Seattle Pacific Uni. and the Ship Canal Trail. Has electric fireplace, A/C, and fast WIFI. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. If you are a bird watching enthusiast, don't forget the binoculars!

Welcome to The Trees House! This is a newly renovated, private, second-floor walk-up.
