On a quiet dead-end road with free parking. Stays over 7 days can request access to laundry.

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.

I live upstairs, but I am mindful of noise, and my guests find my place to be quiet and relaxing. I provide ample toiletries, quality coffee and tea, and travel guides.

Our apartment has a private entrance 20 feet from our front door and requires no interaction with us while checking-in or out, but we are nearby and happy to help with whatever you need.
