Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. Peter’s Lookout and Tiny Cabin Retreat # 1

Our places are quiet tiny houses excellent for a couples get away or a family of 4 to unplug from the tech world and enjoy nature. It's located on a 100 acres with an awesome view of Lake Erie from a distance and the countryside. The rentals are nestled about 15' apart and share the driveway, parking space and a fire pit. Also located on site is a 50amp RV site w/full hookups available May 1 - Nov 1. Great for a girls wine tasting weekend, a guys hunting/fishing trip, and snowmobile groups.

Kingfisher Point: Beautiful New Lakeside Home

This stylish new lake house was completed in September of 2022, and we are excited to open it to visitors to the Cassadaga Lake. Our home on Cassadaga Lake rests among the trees of an old growth forest adjacent to protected wetlands. Guests can enjoy the sun setting over the lake each evening from one of two porches facing the lake, or from the kayaks that are available to guests. And yes, Kingfishers are frequent visitors to the lakes as well! (No smoking and no pets allowed).
