It’s located just 4 miles from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and conveniently has local shops within a 5 minute drive. There’s lots of nature to observe - geese, hares, pheasants, deer but to name a few. Bring boots & wellies for walks! The Pod sits at the very bottom of our garden, however, it’s very private. The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The Annex, own stairs to bedroom & ensuite

We have a spacious Annex which forms part of our main house. A living area provides table with chairs and comfortable seating area. TV and internet. Tea, coffee making with microwave and small fridge. Bowls, tea and dinner plates with cutlery. Own private staircase leads to bedroom with King size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen but we will wash and replenish any crockery etc. The Annex is part of our main house and separated by a locked door.
