The Blue Bayview

Enjoy our waterfront cottage. See the local wildlife from the lake side wall of windows. Feel free to roll up your sleeves and carry the kayaks (located in the garage) down to the dock for a day on the water. Bring your fishing gear and toss in a line from the private dock to try to catch any of the local species. Sip beverages on the lakeside porch while the sun goes down. Have an outdoor meal on the garage side covered patio. Inside or out, enjoy the lake side tranquility of our cottage.

Studio Loft at Boogaba

This space is totally new! It was a yoga studio recently renovated into a studio, loft apartment! It is airy and bright with a fantastic lake view. The lake has kayaks, paddle boarding and a peddle boat that are accessible to guests. There are walking paths around the lake and a deck with a hammock to sit and enjoy some nature time. The studio apartment has its own entrance in the back above the family garage. The family house is next door. There is a resident friendly yellow dog named Pug!

Emma's Inn

A cozy place located on a few quiet acres in the country, with a close commute to multiple towns and Mount Union. Come relax and unwind or enjoy a new experience. Local favorites include, Virgils Coffee House, Iron Horse Trails, and The Brickhouse. Experience the beauty and shopping, in Amish Country, one hour away. Private covered parking with a washer and dryer, handicap accessible with 2 comfy queen beds and 2 full baths. A quick drive to Copeland Oaks and West Branch Schools.

"Rest A While". Enjoy our private guest suite that features a large main living area where the kitchenette and dining area are also located, a separate bedroom and private bath. This suite is located on the lower level of our raised ranch and requires the ability to use six steps. Check yourself in at the private front entrance with keypad. Driveway parking spot with paved lighted walkway to the entrance.
