You have access to a private back porch and yard as you go out french doors. You also have access to the common grounds for the entire property that includes grill, hot tub, fire pit with real wood and table for picnic by pond. two swinging chairs from tree, and two floating chairs with gas fire pit by pond. Community pool access just across from property.

Relax with your family/friends on this peaceful farm located in the Township of Langley. This beautiful suite is located 15 minutes away from Thunderbird Equestrian Centre, Campbell Valley Park, loads of wineries and several golf courses. This basement suite is open and airy with 9 foot ceilings and huge windows. A beautiful, covered jacuzzi tub is available on the property for you to use. The guesthouse has a full-size kitchen, living room, queen bedroom with attached bath, enclosed laundry porch, WiFi, and large screen TV (firestick media). A private back deck with a fenced in area. Guests have access to the walking paths, visiting with the horses, and the gazebo hot tub, and outdoor kitchen.

This renovated 3 bed/2 bath condo has a amazing view of the bay and the creek from every window and has a great laptop work space to be able to work on the road. NEW 65 inch flat screen TV in the loft with Youtube TV and Roku. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Close to Seattle and Vancouver, there are day trips in each direction. We have lots of lawn games such as badminton,  horseshoes, and volleyball.  Feel free to feed the ducks!
