The large patio has plenty of comfortable furniture to take in amazing sunsets. The living room has a wall of window and doors to view the breath-taking nature. Or a vacation away from the city. Across the street is the Beach Club which features an infinity edge pool, fitness center, restaurant/bar, game room, gift shop and the large private beaches of Pointe West.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the top notch beach resort Pointe West, a secluded beach location with great amenities such as pool, lazy river, game room, restaurant etc. High speed Wi-Fi NOTICE: - Pointe West Resort has a ONE TIME $25 FEE PER GUEST (>4 YEARS OLD) to purchase wristbands needed to access the amenities - Elevators at Pointe west are unreliable (fortunately our condo is very accesible being at the 1st floor)

5 minutes to NASA. 12 minutes to Kemah. Located in Bay Area by Clear Creek, upper water entrance to Clear Lake, midpoint between Houston and Galveston. Waterfront. Lakeside trail. Boardwalk. You may see fish jumping, ducks/birds roaming, or eggs hidden in bush. Great for relaxing, fishing or boating! League City Boat Ramp is nearby. Note: Our community does NOT provide parking for large boat. Be watchful for alligators or snakes, though rarely seen. Never feed wild life!
