The main level of the home contains 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and living room, while the loft area contains a twin bunk bed with a half bath. The master on the main level has a king bed with private bath and walk in shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed and pull out twin sofa bed with a private shower/tub combo bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Recently upgraded golf carts, with refurbished 4- passenger cart and brand new 2021 6- passenger cart.

"The Villa" has two separate bedroom units that (sleeps 8). It offers bright, open rooms with updated features and comfortable furnishings. Condo offers a great view of the pond and is located on the golf-course. Our NC Condo is close by Sunset & Ocean Isles Beach iust minutes away from North Myrtle Beach less than 20 minutes away.

The Sand-Bar

The Sand-Bar has 4 bedrooms (6-beds / sleeps ten), 3 baths, 2 balconies, a living room, and a well-stocked kitchen and pantry, with gas grill and blackstone for those who want to cook. Each room comes with its own smart TV if you want to find solitude and relax behind a closed door. The 2-car garage has a dart board, cornhole boards and a ping pong table. We are just 3 blocks off the beach and centrally located to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops and live music.
