Enjoy swimming at the private beach, watching the Laker Ships drift by, a special built pine bunkie with a sleeping loft with Queen bed, on main floor a pull-out couch also of Queen size. Relax in the hammock under shade trees overlooking the lake or enjoy a nighttime fire at the firepit. A place to settle and recharge. Bathroom is 30 seconds walking from the bunkie. Separated from the main house.

This precious three-bedroom cottage is loaded with charm and steps from Bay Beach. The décor is inspired by Ontario's natural landscapes. Guests will love the skylights and back deck. All cookware, linens (except for towels) are provided. The cottage is fully stocked and air conditioned with WIFI and dishwasher. Our home is a warm and welcoming cabin located 5 minutes from Kissing Bridge ski resort and a short walk to Sprague Brook Park. The park offers three stocked fishing ponds plus hiking and bike trails. It's a 35-minute drive to Buffalo, a 15-min drive to historic East Aurora, 25 minutes to Highmark stadium, and an hour to Niagara Falls. You will have entire access to the cabin,which includes a master bedroom, full kitchen, living room, loft, and bathroom. The cabin is enjoyable year round.

We are a 25 minute drive to wine country; 20 minutes to the Falls and 10 minutes to the US border. Enjoy an open plan living space with 2 bedrooms.
