Small cottage ( app. 400 sq ft ) on large lake front parcel. The rental is the rear cottage with very nice lake front view, quiet neighborhood and large yard. Two miles to Bemus point where there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Chautauqua county voted best small golf town by golf digest. National comedy center in Jamestown. Boat rentals near by. Guests have outdoor dining area and a fire pit. There is a large supply of fire wood also. Chautauqua institution 7 minutes.

The kitchen is fully stocked. Just a few miles from Peak n' Peek resort where you can enjoy skiing, cycling, ziplining, segway tours, and restaurants.

The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.

Our charming cottage will give you a revitalizing taste of lakeside living. (Just know lately the water levels have been very high so the beach area varies by day) Feel comfortable and relax knowing everything in the private cottage has been recently updated, new furniture, linens & carpet.

This lakefront lot used to have a small cottage and detached garage. The cottage was removed and the garage converted into a studio apartment. This conversion has resulted in the perfect little studio that is modern and comfortable.
