The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The suite has a private entrance. Inside is two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 twin sized beds), bathroom and laundry.

Welcome to our newly renovated self-contained suite, conveniently located close to the city center and attractions. With a private entrance, enjoy privacy and flexibility. The suite, situated on the ground level basement, offers ample natural light. Inside, find a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a studio double bed with curtains for privacy. The living room also has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Stay connected with free WIFI and parking in the safe neighborhood.

This is a quiet & private ground level en-suite located at the back of the house. Nearby, you can conveniently find supermarkets & shopping centres within walking distance or driving distance. Brand-new custom suite. 1 Bedroom with 1 Queen bed (Sleeps 2 guests) + Living Room (Sleeps 2 guests on two foam mattresses)+ Office Desk + attached bathroom/shower. The suite has its own living room with Shaw Cable TV - Netflix. Parking included. The suite also has a microwave and fridge in a small no cooking partial kitchenette. There is a full size desk that lowers and raises along with a nice quality office chair with 3 adjustment bars.

Centrally located basement suite with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a large bathroom. Our location is not recommended for guests who want to be close to downtown Vancouver, or are looking for proximity to Vancouver proper. We are 45 min via car from downtown Vancouver, 45 min drive from YVR Vancouver International Airport. We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. If you are not staying here, you cannot book for someone else.
