Avoiding the hustle and bustle of Tampa traffic. Master bedroom has a king size bed, two other bedrooms feature a queen bed. Ceilings fans in each room. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave available for use.

Rental is a rear guest house behind the primary residence. Host is on site if you have any needs during your stay. Home features a stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Livingroom and bedroom TV are streaming only. Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix provided. Bedroom features a King bed on an adjustable platform base.

We are about 50 miles from Disney and the St. Pete beaches, 23 miles from Tampa, 7 miles from Brandon, and only 4 miles from Plant City. Lakeland is also about 15 miles away. Please note that a train passes by a couple of times each day. It does not run on a set schedule, but we like to mention it so guests are aware.
