Very communicative location (the stop is in front of the entrance of the block, 3 buses) The metro station is 10 minutes walk. Small grocery store in the block. The larger shop is a 7-minute walk away. The city center is 25 minutes by public transport, 15 minutes by car. Vitosha mountain is a 15-minute drive away.
