Bienvenue dans notre maison dans les bois ! 12 acres entourés d'arbres et au-dessus d'une série de chutes d'eau le long du Stony Kill, qui va du parc d'État de Minnewaska à notre propriété et au centre-ville d'Accord. Vous pouvez vous asseoir dans un hamac à l'extérieur, vous prélasser dans notre jacuzzi tout en écoutant la rivière, ou vous détendre à l'intérieur avec de la musique ou le projecteur de télévision. Les entomologistes en herbe apprécieront la procession sans fin d'insectes, de fourmis, d'araignées, de tiques et d'autres bestioles effrayantes qui font partie de River House.

La maison est intime mais connectée à l'extérieur, avec une intimité totale et tout le confort moderne imaginable ! C'est une merveille d'architecture en béton, verre et bois de récupération qui se trouve sur 135 acres de champs et de forêt avec un joli étang de baignade et des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée. Le chalet peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes dans deux chambres et un loft spacieux.
