The cottage is privately situated on 5 acres of wooded land, bordered by Peter Arnell Park and trails leading to nature reserves at the bottom of the hill. This 2-bedroom 1-bath can sleep up to 6 people, with a loft upstairs. A perfect place for couples, friends, and families to rest and explore.

Our guest cabin is nestled in a peaceful wooded acreage in Nanoose Bay, Vancouver Island. The entire cabin is for your exclusive use. To keep the cabin allergen free, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS. Our home is at the back of the 5 acres so we are available if you have any questions. Please note the added fees - AirBnb charges a service charge and occupancy tax but as a courtesy, we do not add cleaning fees. It is our expecttion that all guests make the effort to leave our guest cabin neat and tidy.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

There's a separate indoor heated bathroom and shower, plus an outdoor hot water shower and vintage bathtub built for two.
