Located only a 10 minute cycle ride from Paterswoldsemeer, 5mins from nature reserve 'De Onlanden' and close to Lemferdinge and De Braak, there is enough to enjoy in the nearby area. Fancy a day in Groningen city? Jump on the bike or take the direct bus from the busstop located 5 mins walk from the guesthouse.

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Op een unieke locatie nabij het centrum van Emmen bevindt zich appartement “De Uil". Het luxe appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, het is ruim en licht. U beschikt over een privéschuurtje voor uw fietsen. Sinds april 2024 hebben wij een groot balkon waarmee u prachtig uitzicht heeft over de vijver. De huizen op het park worden zowel permanent bewoond als verhuurd voor vakantie. Je kunt in de omgeving naar hartelust wandelen, fietsen en mountainbiken. Steden als Assen, Leeuwarden en Groningen zijn goed te bereiken. Het huis is compleet en stijlvol ingericht en nodigt uit om lekker te ontspannen met een boek bij de open haard.

Vanuit je bed kijk je de tuin of het bos in.
