Fire Island- just a 1/2 hour boat ride away with ferries in walking distance or a short Uber ride. Robert Moses State Beach- 15 minute drive.

Head back for a cocktail, wave watching and sunset on your private upper deck. Walk down the street to a myriad of restaurant choices. Return home, open the windows and listen to the waves crash. Repeat as needed.
