Welcome to the Dunn Houses on Elm Row, we are 15 mins, from CVG Airport and the Cincinnati/N.Kentucky area. We have the quaintness of a small town, but the ability to keep you busy. You can try your hand at slots, enjoy a concert, dine at one of many restaurants/bar, or enjoy nature with the bike/walking trail or the many parks locally. This small, 1 room, new tiny house called “The Lite House” is decorated shabby chic and located in a beautiful wooded setting facing a cove at a marina with views of the water on the Ohio River. Catch beautiful sunrises here. There are shared places on the property guests can use while staying, a covered shelter with grills, supplies, tables, chairs, fire pit, side walks. Cozy Christmas Cottage on 250 Acre Farm Near Ark

Swiss Hills Cottage is decorated for Christmas from mid-Nov through Jan 1st! It sits nestled behind a cow pasture on our 250 acre farm in Dry Ridge, KY. Relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets, rolling Kentucky hills, and peaceful pastures from the rocking chairs on our front porch OR from our beautiful fire pit. The interior is a thoughtfully designed modern-farmhouse-lover’s dream! Conveniently located in Dry Ridge north of Williamstown, just 10 min off I-75 and 18 min from the Ark Encounter.

The Cabin

As you walk in, The Cabin wraps it's arms around you and says " Welcome home." You can feel the stress leave you as you settle in for your stay at this scenic cabin on 9.8 wooded acres. Fully furnished, spacious 1 room cabin with stone wood burning fireplace, equipped kitchen, bath with shower and twin over queen bunk bed. Refresh your mind & soul on the covered back porch overlooking the mature woods. Enjoy watching the abundant wildlife, including turkeys, deer, chipmunks and squirrels.

The Little Farm House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. King size bed in master bedroom and garden tub in master bath. There is also a full bathroom just as you enter the the back door. There are no bathrooms upstairs however, there are two bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen size bed and two twins beds built in the wall. Beautiful scenery no matter what side of the house your on. Relax on the wrap around porch and enjoy the unforgettable sunsets and different types of wildlife.

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

The 'Northside Hideaway' is a cozy, quiet studio connected to my newly renovated home nestled in the hills of Mt. Airy Forest in Northside. Just minutes from Clifton, Over The Rhine, and Downtown Cincinnati, It provides the perfect amount of urban serenity. PLEASE NOTE: There is a STRICT TWO GUEST MAXIMUM for all reservations. No exceptions. *Also, there is a 24 HOUR SECURITY camera on the front porch for guests & the space alike.*

Quaint Cafe Loft with small town charm

Enjoy small town charm in a cozy, newly remodeled apartment that sits over top of a farm to table cafe. We've given thoughts to all the comforts of home, from the freshly roasted coffee (ask to see our roaster), to the fresh plants (take some cuttings home!) and comfortable outdoor cafe patio upstairs. Come downstairs for fresh baked cinnamon rolls or coffee or create yourself a dish in the fully equipped kitchen.

Evelyn's Farmhouse 25 miles to Creation, 19 to Ark

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Evelyn's Flight is named after Evelyn, of course. When Stacey and Leo came to visit the farm that was for sale they met Evelyn. A 92 year old firecracker. Her spirit was undeniable - Stacey walked into the house and to the left was a painting of a woman with pretty silver hair. When asked who it was Evelyn replied "it's me!"
