Great studio in the heart of the Phinney Ridge neighborhood. Only one block from Greenwood Ave. Easy walking distance to at least 5 coffee shops and dozens of restaurants. 4 Blocks to Ken's Market - a small family run grocery that has great foods, a deli, a coffee shop. Several nearby pubs include: 74th St Alehouse and Prost. The list of food options nearby is unlimited. Details in the room. The studio has a private entry on the ground floor of my home and I live upstairs.

You will be within blocks of unique restaurants, small shops, and lively pubs along Greenwood Avenue. Take a brisk walk to Green Lake, one-half mile away, or jump on a bus and be downtown or to the UW in 25 minutes. Great for couples without children or solo adventurers, who are visiting family or friends in the area who want a walkable neighborhood (walkability score 95!). Please note: In 2 places in the apartment the head height is only 6 feet due to furnace ducting.

Judi's Place on the Lake (family comfortable)

Our 2 bedroom apartment is across the street from Green Lake Park. Single guests staying for work, couples weekend trip, families and groups. If you have kids, let us know and we will pull out the amenities to make your stay that much easier! Walk out the front door you can make your way around the 3 mile lake, play golf, take a boat out on the lake or grab a coffee. You will love the location and ease of exploring Seattle from our central location.

You will like the location of our clean modern one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of our home. A comfortable place for visitors in a walk-able neighborhood full of restaurants and parks. This space is great for Couples, families, and business travelers alike. The apartment has its own heating/cooling system separate from the house.
