Small kitchen, full bathroom, and a separate gated/fenced-in area for your small dog. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, PCC organic food, and more. You can also walk or run the lake (2.8 miles around), rent kayaks or paddle boards, or just play in the water. Close to UW and only a few minutes from downtown. (ABB incorrectly lists as a 4 min walk to lake)
