This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Dieses stilvolle zwei Zimmerapartement mit eigenem Eingang eignet sich perfekt für euren Trip nach Berlin und bietet den perfekten Rückzugsort in urbaner Nähe. Friedrichshain, 10min., Treptow, 15min. & Kreuzberg, 20min. sind fussläufig. Neben der großen Wohnküche befindet sich das anschließende Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur ruhige Terrasse (40qm). Weiter hat diese Wohnung ein eigenes Duschbad, Wlan, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ein überdachter Carport am Haus kann vor Ort zugebucht werden.

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend an Autobahn und die Bahn angebunden. Es ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen rund um die Hauptstadt, genießt aber die Ruhe und das Grün des Landlebens. Gastronomie befindet sich fußläufig im Ort. Bestens geeignet für Familien, Geschäftsreisende, Paare & Langzeitaufenthalte.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen am Waldrand ist von einem verwunschenen Garten umgeben. Vom Wohnzimmer aus lädt eine hübsche Südterrasse zum draußen Sitzen ein. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind offen zum Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Sofa, das sich ausziehen lässt. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Blick über den Garten und ein Bad mit großer Dusche. Von hier aus kann man herrliche Radtouren zum Wannsee machen, Potsdam besuchen und ist schnell mit der S-Bahn in Berlin.

The apartment is the ideal place for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area of Brandenburg by car. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

Berlin Wannsee Eule

Landgut Eule ist am Teltowkanal gelegen und mitten im Naturschutzgebiet. Sowohl Potsdam als Berlin kann problemlos erreicht werden. Das Apartment ist ebenerdig und etwa 40qm groß, mit eigenen Eingang, Garten, Dusche, TV, Mikrowelle, Kochherd, Kühlschrank. Die alte Lehmwände und Deckenbalken machen das ganze gemütlich, auch im Winter. Freie Parkplätze, Grill, überdachte Terrasse mit Aussenkamin. Keine Nachbarn, nur Wiese, Wasser und Wald.

Unser Apartment befindet sich im attraktiven Bezirk Prenzlauer Berg im Ostteil der Stadt am Helmholtzplatz, welcher durch die schönen Cafes, Restaurants und individuellen Shops ein beliebter Treffpunkt für Studenten, Künstler und junge Familien ist. Die helle und grosse 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung mit modernem Duschbad und voll ausgestatteter Küche ist stilvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

Ich vermiete dieses Zimmer meines Hauses in ruhiger Lage mit Schlafplätze für eine Einzelperson. Das Couchsofa ist 140 cm breit. Küche und Bad nutzen wir gemeinsam. Mein Haus ist in etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg vom S-Bahnhof Zeuthen entfernt. Von dort aus kommt man mit der Bahn in etwa 45 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum von Berlin.
