Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Little Cabin in the Woods is nestled in on 19 acres of a slice of heaven. Get away and de-stress, look at the stars, sit on the deck and sip a beverage or head into town, Hamilton's historic square, with great shopping and restaurants just minutes away. Also, minutes away from Circle T Arena and Crossfire Grill. For more Hill Country adventures, we are centrally located to other quaint towns like Hico, Cranfills Gap and Dublin. But you may want to just enjoy the peace at Little Cabin.

Fun, quiet, open area… plenty of run around room outside for the kids.. plenty of space to park and to turn around. Comanche is only 10 min away with several places to eat, including our famous “Harvest Restaurant” and don’t forget to check out Stone Eagle Beer Garden it is a fun place to hang out and kids are welcome… lots of activities that happen through out the year. Rodeos, parades, Christmas light show and our famous Pow Wow….Plus, several wineries to enjoy. Great for HUNTERS!!

The Jean-Marie Suites

Historic, fully renovated upstairs suites located right on the square in Comanche, Texas. Spend the night in Comanche County's most beautifully decorated and comfortable retreat. The Adeline Suite is fully furnished in the French style. The Beauregard Room is a masculine room with a western vibe. There are two bathrooms and a kitchen. Beautiful waterfront cabin on Proctor Lake. House offers 1 bedroom, with a unique queen over 2 twin XL bunk bed. The sofa folds out into a queen, also. House has been updated with modern features, and has an exceptional view. The water is just a short walk, down the hill. There is a chain link fence, to provide a safe environment for children.

“RomanticGetaway” NO Cleaning Fees!

Pets are allowed. There is a $50.00 one time cleaning fee. Crate is required. We clean and sanitize the cottage after every guest. Sanitizing the entire cottage, bathroom and kitchen areas, every surface you touch (lamps, handles, light switch and door knobs). (see photos).
