Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Situated on the southern shore of Halfmoon Bay protected from wind, the setting enjoys the full benefits of a western exposure with unbelievable sunset views, swimming, boating, etc.

This adult-only one bedroom cottage includes a cozy bedroom on the upper level, accessed by a spiral staircase. Fully furnished living room. Full kitchen with dining table.
