Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Beautiful Altbau Studio

Come stay in our beautiful and cozy apartment in trendy Neukölln. Berlin's new edgy district. The studio includes a beautiful open plan living room / fully equipped kitchen with a double bed with a comfy mattress, bare red brick walls, and 4 meter ceilings. The studio is on the ground floor at the back of the building, with direct access to the beautiful and calming house garden. 2 min walk from four supermarkets, 5 min walk from Berlins infamous Tempelhof, 1 min from the U8 & S Ring trains.

Alte Bäckerei im Fischerkietz

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Bäckerei im historischen Fischerkietz. Der Straßenzug erinnert mit seinen denkmalgeschützen Häusern an eine Dorfstraße aus der Jahrhundertwende. Die Schlossinsel wie auch die Altstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Flußbad oder im Müggelsee schwimmen. Der Flughafen BER ist in 45 min mit Bus (162/164) und S-Bahn (45/9) erreichbar. Wer Städtetrip und Entspannung verbinden möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Unsere Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen Berlin-Brandenburg. Zur Tesla Gigafactory sind es ca. 20 Autominuten (16 km). Tolle Aussicht auf den See mit unmittelbarer Waldnähe. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Die Wohnfläche beträgt 130 qm. 1 km zum nächsten Supermarkt und ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW zum Zentrum Berlins. Gute Anbindung mit der BVG. Man erreicht das Zentrum in ca. 45 min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Brandenburgische Idylle mit privatem Seezugang

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.
