Restaurants, Bars, cafes, the whole local market are just on your doorstep. Within walking distance you may enjoy the relaxing seaview and your dinner by the sea! Ideal for friends, couples, solo travelers.

Απόσταση 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Λαυρίου αλλά και την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Το σπίτι είναι ένας μονόχωρος με μικρή ήσυχη αυλή, μεγάλο ύψος στο εσωτερικό, κουζίνα, μπάνιο, ηλεκτρική εγκατάσταση όλα καινούρια και φροντισμένα για ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την ανανέωση της παραδοσιακής αισθητικής.

Cape Villa at Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Spacious and bright flat only 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre, where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are and 10 minutes from the port. Easy transportation links to Athens and Sounio (where most beaches and the famous Temple of Poseidon are). The flat is located on a small hill offering a magnificent view of Lavrio city and the port. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

This beautiful little house is located in the center of Lavrion, very close to the port (10 minutes walk from the house). Within a 5-minute walk there are many traditional restaurants, bakeries, cafes, supermarkets and bars. The Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is a 25-minute drive .The magnificent Temple of Poseidon is an 8-minute drive or a 15-minute by bus.This home offers privacy and cosiness to its guests.

Live Like Local Lavrio

Live Like Local is an elegant and comfortable place that can accommodate two persons. It is located near the city center (3min from the city center,8min from the port on foot) . It is also close to the ancient theater of Thoricus and the temple of Poseidon (10min by car). It's the ideal place to stay if you want to explore Lavrio.

My place is in walking distance from the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio, overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea. You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the view with its breath-taking sunsets and its location altogether, as it is an hour drive away from Athens and relatively close to the Airport.
