Bothan Dubh , a brand new self catering cabin set in the stunning village of Kishorn, looking on to the Bealach Na Bà and the Cuillins on the Isle of Skye. We are in a rural area so please keep this in mind before you book with us. We are situated on the North Coast 500 Route. We are around 40 minutes drive to the Isle of Skye, just over an hour from the City of Inverness and central to many other increasing popular locations including Applecross, Gairloch, Plockton and Eilean Donan Castle

Lazybed

Welcome to Lazybed. A fabulous, one bedroom, self-contained, spacious cabin for up to two people. Privately situated amongst trees on our three acre croft in Inverkirkaig near Lochinver. A haven for nature lovers. Surrounded by stunning scenery with sea and peninsula views from the large curved deck. Off the beaten track, equally perfect for touring the Highlands. We fenced our three acre croft purposely to re-wild. It has been a joy and life enhancing to see it come to life over the years.

Secluded shoreline artist's bothy

Situated on a Woodland Croft on the shores of a sea loch, this beautiful timber bothy was conceived as a getaway for artists and creatives looking for peace in an inspiring landscape. It's also ideal for kayakers or walkers. The bothy is next to the host's artist’s studio which it is possible to see by arrangement. With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.

The Bay -1 bedroom apartment

The Bay is a stylish 1 bedroom apartment situated metres from the shore on the edge of Broadford Bay. It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen/living room which opens out onto a private decking area. The kitchen has a hob, oven & microwave, an under counter fridge with small icebox. Though annexed to the main house it has its own private entrance and parking. The bedroom has a king sized bed with luxurious linen bedding, the ensuite has a generous sized walk in rainfall shower..

Coastal Cottage with Spectacular Views

Old country cottage built in 1873 set in the small village of Melvich with amazing coastal views and breathtaking scenery. On the North Coast 500 route, this property offers an ideal location for exploring both Caithness and Sutherland. Melvich boasts a sandy beach within a 5 minute walk from the cottage. This property has a private and enclosed garden with private parking. There is an open fire in the living room which would be set by the host. Dog friendly, max 2 dogs.

"Taigh na Bata" - Boat House

Shore-side house with a sandy beach just across a very quiet lane. Stunning view of Broadford Bay & Beinn na Caillich. Excellent base location for touring Skye & the surrounding area. After four great years of hosting with AirBnB within in our home, we've used the covid hiatus to transform the old croft house into a spectacular and luxurious retreat. In previous reviews, you'll see up to four guests in one room; this has been upgraded to 2 guests in the whole cottage...

The Wee Housie

A warm welcome, always, awaits you at our family ran apartment. There is a 2 ceramic hob rings with microwave oven, giving you the option to either eat out or have a cosy meal in. Ensuite bathroom, tv, double sofa bed and a single bed. Linen and towels provided. We are dog friendly but due to the small space this is at our discretion but please enquire prior to booking. We accommodate two people maximum with the choice of a sofa bed and/or single bed.

Juliette's - peaceful hut on a croft, Highlands

On quiet, unique, daffodil croft beside Loch Ewe. Sleeps up to 3: double bed with single bunk above. Facilities in nearby Hub: exclusive use of shower-room, kitchenette, dining and lounge areas. In National Scenic Area, 4 miles (6.4 km) north of Poolewe and NC500 route. Uninterrupted views to mountains of Wester Ross and Sutherland. Not suitable for infirm guests (as access is via two steps and grass paths may be wet and slippy), children or pets.

Braes Retreat - Garden Apartment

Braes Retreat is a garden apartment tucked away in the peaceful community of Braes. Just six miles out of Portree, its central location on the island is an ideal base to visit the whole of the Isle of Skye. The apartment sits in an established garden, overlooking the Sound of Raasay, with shore access from the croft.
