Renovated 2025 Majestic tower one, Condo # 305 located at Beach Exit 39, is a beautiful place right on the white sand beach. Occupancy: max of 3 adults and one child under 12 or 2 adults and 2 children. The Majestic Beach Resort utilizes a third party to handle digital parking passes that utilizes a guest's license plate for entrance to the parking garage and The parking is not mandatory for the guest however they are welcome to utilize public parking down the street. $40 + processing fee.

Our beautifully furnished condo has a master bedroom with King bed and separate bathroom. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen and Bunkbeds! All the floors are tile and the kitchen has granite tops. The living room has a Queen Sofabed and incredible views when watching TV or making a family breakfast!
