We are 3.5 miles from Las Olas Blvd, 5.8 miles from the beach, 4.7 miles from FLL Airport, 5.3 miles from Hard Rock Casino, less than a mile from the interstate I-95, and about 5 miles from Port Everglades.

The Miami Pool Cottage is nestled in a lush tropical garden. It has two bedrooms, fast fiber internet, and smart TVs. It has a separate entrance in a half-acre fenced-in yard. There is free parking. The pool is not fenced; swim at your own risk. WE LIVE ON THE PROPERTY & give you privacy, but we're here if you need us. Before you make a reservation, please review our house rules, complete our guest verification, and sign our short-term rental agreement with our partner Truvi.

The Cottage is also close to Coral Gables, South Miami, University of Miami, Miami Int'l Airport, Calle Ocho/Little Havana, South Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Midtown/Design District and South Beach. Tropical landscaping surrounds a wrap-around patio, fenced and gated with secure parking. Safely situated on a dead-end street 1 block to bay, paddle boarding & kayaking. 15 min to airport. The Seminole River House at Sailboat Bend is located in Fort Lauderdale's historic Sailboat Bend neighborhood - close to everything! This 2 bedroom house features robes, Beekman 1801 bath products, Kuerig coffee maker, plush pool towels, heated pool and hot tub. The cottage is professionally cleaned between guests in accordance with stringent COVID-19 guidelines developed by Broward County.
