Brand new mattress Jan ‘25 Just 20 minutes to Monaca PA Cracker plant and just 15 minutes to Ergon or Shippingport PA Mountaineer is just 10-15 mins away. Easily sleeps up to 3-4 people. *PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* 1 BDRM apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. This is a 3rd floor unit in my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a Keypad for Airbnb guests, there are 2 other units in the building. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Pet friendly ($50 fee) just add your pet under pets in the guest section when booking.

Old Economy Village features a museum telling of the Old Harmonists . There are outdoor gardens and several festival events held throughout the year. This Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, a new sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 2rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

As one of our guests noted: “This home is named perfectly. It was a great escape." We invite you to stay in our small but cozy house in the very quiet "Pittsburgh Circle" area of town. The property backs onto a greenbelt - down a sharp embankment you can see the Connoquenessing Creek - which you can enjoy from the covered patio or the breakfast table in front of the large window. We have seen deer, groundhogs, hawks, and even a bald eagle!
