It is also an ideal base to explore Brisbane, as it is only a short walk to the Bulimba ferry terminal - not to mention various transportation options. Disclaimer: there will be some noise coming from upstairs through the wooden ceiling: in the morning between 6:30-8:30am and afternoon evening 3-9:30pm.
