Here you’ll enjoy a serene setting on a quiet lake, 7-person hot tub, and lakefront access with paddle boards and kayaks available to use. Conveniently located just one mile from Camp Michawana, 10 minutes from Hastings, and 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Waterfront Cottage in the woods of Lake Wabasis

Welcome to The Loon's Nest. A renovated bungalow (w/50' of private frontage on Lake Wabasis) and backyard bunkhouse. The double-lot property provides expansive views of the lake (in front) and private pond (out back). Guests also get the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (the largest in Kent County) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped wetlands & excellent fishing.

Treloar Cottage

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Upon arrival, don't forget to look in our activity binder for things to do and places to see! Or, just get comfortable and enjoy!

Serenity on School Lake

Serenity on School Lake is your own little paradise! This cozy country cottage sits on it's own private lake (approx 200 yards from the home) with lots of wildlife. Watch the geese land and deer drink from the lake all while sitting on the walk out deck. Ranch style home with 2 BRs + 1 full bath upstairs with a partially finished 3rd BR and 3/4 bath downstairs. Fish from the dock, walk, etc. We hope you can enjoy the relaxation this dream spot provides! ***10 minutes from Olivet or Marshall

Seahorse Cottage

Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. Golfcarts are allowed. Valid photo ID and phone number will be required immediately after booking.

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 4 with queen-sized beds, one with a bunk bed, one with 2 twin beds, and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

The Lake Breeze Cottage on Dickerson Lake

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakeside cottage. Enjoy fishing, swimming, and kayaking on an all sports lake in the spring and summers and ice fishing in the winter. Located only 40 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids you can spend your time on the lake...not the highway!

Renovated Cottage at water's edge of Lake Wabasis

Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a quiet cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has 66' of shoreline with private beach; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and a stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting),

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
