There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.

Litoria is a pavilion home tucked against reserve, about 150m from the beach. You’ll love Litoria’s breezeway and living pod that opens to capture the sea breezes. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, free Wi-Fi and a fully fenced yard, Litoria provides the perfect getaway for couples or small families (including the furry kind). This home offers seclusion and privacy and is separated into two wings joined by the spacious deck which captures the waterside breezes and is the full length of the house. The layout of the house makes it ideal for a romantic get away or a group holiday. One wing consists of the main living area, kitchen and master bedroom with walk through robe and bathroom. The second has two spacious bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and separate toilet and a smaller bedroom with 1 queen bed.

A great relaxing house with tranquil surroundings and abundant wildlife.
