Located in a safe, quiet, wooded, country neighborhood close to Grand Haven, and Holland, with access to many parks, beaches, and golf courses. The apartment is perfect for business travelers, couples or small families visiting the area.

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.
