Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

Our PUBLIC Beach access is RARE. There is NO PARKING so it is always quieter than any other access points. All beach necessities provided. Secluded back yard with outdoor kitchen and private salt water pool (Heated off season). Well equipped kitchen with coffee bar/regular bar. Balcony with ocean views and sunsets.

Main floor living room has a queen murphy bed(sofa isn’t the most comfy but I chose bed over comfy sofa) , a half bath, Full kitchen/dining area w/ everything you need for daily meals. A small fenced in yard w/ turf for pets. Smart tv, WiFi & laundry room.

Villa Mustique Carriage House - Seacrest/Rosemary

Mustique is a private, spacious and luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A. It's a short walk to our PRIVATE beach and the swimming pools, includes 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. A small dog less than 20 lbs is allowed. The family-oriented haven is overflowing with activities on site, and nearby including the famous 12,000 sq. foot lagoon pool, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bike rentals & trails, and a general store. Access the free beach tram service to the private deeded beach and relax on the white sandy beaches and cool off in the emerald green waters of South Walton.

🌴 Welcome to Beach Route 66 — a modern cozy coastal retreat on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Featuring an open floor plan, large outdoor deck, and second balcony off the master suite, this 2-bed, 2.5-bath home includes 2 king suites, a kids’ full-size bunk room off the main entrance, and a powder room tucked beneath the stairs. We allow pets less than 30lbs and 4 adults MAX only. kids are welcome on bunks, master sofa and sofa downstairs.

Pool: You have access to the BMB Club pool/gym walking distance across 30A. There are also beach towels, toys, six beach chairs, and umbrella.
