L'Arcade Douce

Le logement se trouve dans le joli quartier de la Petite-Patrie, 10 min à pied du marché et du métro Jean-Talon (ligne orange et bleue). Tous les services: supermarchés, pharmacies, boulangeries, cafés, restaurants et bars sont également à moins de 10 min. Piste cyclable et borne BIXI juste à côté. A noter, vous devez monter un escalier extérieur et un escalier intérieur pour accéder au logement. Il n'y a pas de parking privé mais vous pouvez généralement vous garer dans notre rue facilement.

My place is in a good location that is 3 minutes away from the Joliette Metro Station, then you are just a few stations to Downtown, Old Montreal and the Festival Place. It is close to the Olympic Stadium and the Botanical Garden. You’ll love my place because it is very bright, clean and airy. It is very quiet, it has private parking on the property if needed. Facile d’accès près des autoroutes ou à 2 min d’un arrêt d’autobus pour le métro qui mène à Montréal. Environ 30-45 minutes en voiture. Épiceries & autres à proximité

Numéro CITQ: 291093 Pour un séjour au cœur d’un quartier vibrant, le Plateau Mont-Royal, le Secret Studio, nommé ainsi pour son accès unique et son emplacement insolite, accueille des voyageurs depuis 2011. Ce studio est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent une expérience différente d’un hébergement générique. À noter que l’accès à l’appartement se fait par un escalier en colimaçon, ce qui peut être un peu difficile si vous voyagez avec de grosses valises. Voir la description ci-dessous.
